Lilly Ford and Scarlett Sage are sitting next to each other in Scarlett’s bedroom. Lilly is having so much fun at their first slumber party as they read each other’s palms. Scarlett slowly traces her fingers over Lilly’s palm. Scarlett tells Lilly that she will be very rich and famous. The girls giggle. Continuing to run her fingers delicately over Lilly’s hand, Scarlett notices something interesting. She tells Lilly that she will meet a really hot guy in the future…
Lilly is skeptical. Yeah right, she says, how’s she supposed to meet a hot guy when she’s always so nervous around them? That probably explains why she’s still a virgin, Lilly adds. Actually, she’s never even kissed a guy before, she admits shyly. Scarlett can’t believe it! She comments that they’re both 19 and she’s already been with 2 guys, so she’s way behind. Besides, how could someone as cute as Lilly never even kiss a guy?! Lilly tells Scarlett that if she has trouble even just talking to guys, she DEFINITELY could never get up the courage to kiss one. Scarlett asks her if she’s ever practiced kissing with a female friend. No way! Lilly has never done that, she’s not like that. It’s no big deal, Scarlett assures her, lots of girls practice with their friends. That way, they’ll know what they’re doing when they finally get with a guy. It’s totally normal. Lilly asks Scarlett if she’s sure this is the best way to practice. Maybe she should just practice on a stuffed animal or something? Scarlett reassures her and jokingly tells her that a stuffed animal won’t kiss back. They both giggle and Lilly agrees to kiss.
